Microsoft Operation Maverick

In 1975, Microsoft was just a small group of people with one simple idea, yet they defined the tech industry. Realizing that their foundation of flexibility and fearlessness was a critical piece of their success, Microsoft created a community for employees to connect, talk, push back, and boldly experiment with new ideas. They called it “Operation Maverick.” Microsoft tasked Artitudes with creating a rallying call for encouraging employees to join this initiative of free-thinkers in an industry that relies on acting fast.
