Seattle Spring Art Events

Spring has sprung in Seattle and there are a plethora of art events coming up soon! While most of us
Seattleites are itching to get outside, our Spring weather can be iffy but most events happen rain or shine!
Here are a few great events we found in a wide variety of mediums:

Issaquah Wine & Art Walks

The Downtown Issaquah Association’s annual Wine & Art Walks continue this year on Front Street, close to our
office! You can enjoy galleries and pieces by local artists while sipping on wine and enjoying live music and
performances. The events are happening on April 7, May 5, June 2, and September 8 this year. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the event. Read all the details here.

SAM Remix

Taking place at the Seattle Art Museum (SAM), the SAM Remix is a night of “eclectic performances, tours,
dancing, creating, and exploring SAM’s collection and special exhibitions”. Sounds like quite a fun night, right?
The next one is happening on Friday, March 30, 2018 from 8 – 11:59 PM and tickets are $30 for adults, or
$15 if you have a SAM membership!

Rainbow City Performing Arts Events

Rainbow City Performing Arts is a Seattle-based organization that provides opportunities for public
performances for all! They foster music education, friendships, and community giving. They’re always adding
more events to their calendar, so take a look here.

Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

If you live in Western Washington and are on social media, you have likely seen many pictures of the endless
rows of gorgeous and colorful tulips in Skagit Valley! Their mission is to coordinate and promote a countywide
Spring celebration of the tulip bloom, and the tulip fields are quite a sight to behold. Their website says that,
according to Mother Nature, bloom dates are April 1-30 this year.

Spring!
